Another addition to my Dior family!

Ihanainen Dior viisikko Graphic Lights saapui garden.co.uk-verkkokaupasta täydentämään Dior perhettäni. Olen tätä himoinnut jo hetken aikaa ja vihdoin sain aikaiseksi tilata sen. Kesällä meinasin tämän jo ostaa, mutta heräsin asiaan liian myöhään ja se oli myyty loppuun kotikaupunkini kaupoista. Onneksi kuitenkin nettiostaminen on keksitty :D Seuraavaksi pitää varmaan tilata saman lookin Electric Lights, kun sekin jäi kesällä hankkimatta.

Tämä on vaan niin kaunis paletti, että sitä voisi tuijottaa vaikka kuinka kauan. Aivan täydelliset pinkin/vaaleanpunaisen sävyt ja upea hopea täydentää kokonaisuuden. Pigmenttiä löytyy myös todella hyvin ja sävyt tuntuvat ihanan samettisilta. Dior täydellisyyttä!!

Tällä on varmaan aivan pakko meikata heti tänään uudenvuoden aaton ja vapaapäivän kunniaksi ;)

Lovely Dior eyeshadow palette Graphic Lights arrived from garden.co.uk-online store today. I've been wanting this palette for a while now and I finally got around to ordering it. I actually intended to buy it last summer but I was too late trying to do so, it was already sold out on all the stores in my hometown. Thank gawd for online shopping :D Next I need to get the Electric Lights palette from the same look.

This is such a beautiful eyeshadow palette. I could just sit here and stare at it for quite a while. Perfect pink shades with a stunning silver shade. There's so much pigment in these shades too and they are velvet-y smooth. Pure Dior perfection!

I think I just have to test this out today to celebrate New Years Even and my day off ;)

FOTD - Something a little more nude

Tänään parin värikkäämmän päivän jälkeen melko nude-look. Oli vihdoin eilen pakko ostaa testattavaksi Charming Nailsin maasta taivaaseen kehuma GOSH voidemainen puikkoluomiväri. Aloitin tuollaisella neutraalilla sävyllä ja pakkohan sitä oli heti kokeilla ;) Täytyy sanoa, että ihan hyvin tuo toimiikin. On pysynyt hyvin paikoillaan koko päivän ja toi luomiväriin kivasti potkua. Näitä pitää hankkia lisää :)

Silmämeikissä käytetty yläluomella ensin Urban Decayn Primer Potionia ja sitten koko luomelle, luomivakoon asti, GOSH puikkoa sävyssä Love That Champagne. Voidemaisen värin päälle Urban Decayn Ammo Shadowbox sävy Maui Wovie ja häivytykseen Polyester Bride. Molemmat vaaleita ja glitterisiä sävyjä. Tuo voidemainen luomiväri pohjalla kiinnitti glitterinkin hyvin ja yläluomi oli aika bling bling. Alaluomella ensin rajaus Lancomen mustalla kynällä, sen päälle UD paletin Oil Slick glitter mustaa ja häivytys taas Polyester Bride sävyllä. Tuo vaalea sävy mustan päälle toi kivan utuisen lookin.

Today's look is a little more nude for a change. I finally went to buy this GOSH Waterproof Eyeshadow stick yesterday and I just had to test it out immediately. Charming Nails has been telling me how excellent these are to use under a powder eyeshadow and she wasn't lying ;) This has stayed on all day and it certainly brought new dimensions out of these UD shadows. I need to get me some more of these ;D

On the eye makeup I first used Urban Decay Primer Potion and then GOSH Waterproof Eyeshadow stick shade Love That Champagne on the whole upper lid up to the crease. On top of those I applied Urban Decay Ammo Shadowbox shade Maui Wovie up to the crease and used Polyester Bride for blending. Both are light and glitter-y shades and the creamy eyeshadow really got the glitter to stick and look really nice and bling. On the lower lid I first used Lancome's black Eyeliner Pencil and Urban Decays's Oil Slick (glitter black) on top of that. I then used Polyester Bride to blend the line to look smooth and smoky.

Max Factor Second Skin Foundation

Sain testattavakseni uuden Max Factor Second Skin meikkivoiteen, sävyssä 075 Golden.

Sävy Golden oli liian tumma vaalealle ja keltapohjaiselle iholleni, mutta testasinpa sitä ihan kotona ollessani kuitenkin. Meikkivoide oli kosteuttavan ja erittäin riittoisan tuntuista. Myöskin peittävyyttä löytyi ihan kivasti. Voiteen epäsopivasta sävystä johtuen en valitettavasti voinut testata sen pysyvyyttä esim. työpäivän aikana. Se kuitenkin tuntui iholla mukavalta, eikä aiheuttanut kiristyksen tunnetta tai kuivumista.

Kuten kuvasta näkyy poskeni ovat todella punaiset (varsinkin näin pakkasilla). Voiteen pigmentti riitti kuitenkin peittämään punaisuuden. Uskon, että vaaleampi sävy ja pikkuisen punaisuuden neutralisoijaa olisi tuottanut todella kauniin ja tasaisen lopputuloksen. Kuvassa näkyvä lievä epätasaisuus johtuu meikkivoiteen väärästä sävystä. Tämä on myös koostumukseltaan tarpeeksi ohutta, ettei lopputulos näytä liian pakkeloidulta.

Sävyvaihtoehtoja tästä meikkivoiteesta löytyy kuusi kappaletta ja olenkin jo aikaisemmin kirjoittanut tästä meikkivoiteesta täällä.

I got me a new Max Factor Second Skin Foundation to test it out. The shade was 075 Golden.

The shade was too dark for my fair and warm toned skin but I tested it out anyways. It felt moisturizing and a small amount of it was enough for coverage. Because the shade was too dark for me I couldn't test it out wearing it all day at work. So I can't say much about how long it stays looking good. The time that I wore it at home it felt comfortable and didn't start to make my skin feel dry or tight.

As you can see my cheeks are quite red, especially during the freezing winter season. The foundation was well enough pigmented to cover the redness. I believe a lighter shade of the foundation together with some red neutralizer would've created a flawless and smooth looking finish. This is also liquid enough to create a natural looking and not too cake-y finish.

This foundation comes in six different shades. I'll add the INCI information below again.

Color Club - Worth The Risque

Kaikkien punaisten joululakkausten jälkeen teki mieli lakata kynnet hiukan neutraallimmalla sävyllä. Color Club Worth The Risque lakka olikin loistava valinta tähän tarkoitukseen. Sävyssä on myös jotain juhlavaa, joten valinta on siinäkin mielessä sopiva näin uudenvuoden aaton alla ;)

Worth The Risque on hopeanharmaa hologrammilakka, joka on koostumukseltaan ohutta ja erittäin hyvin levittyvää. Kaksi kerrosta riittää peittämään ja kuivumisaika on nopea. Hologrammiefekti ei ole voimakkain mahdollinen, mutta kuitenkin ihan näkyvä. Tykkään itse tosi paljon näiden Color Club hologrammilakkojen laadusta. Ovat kaikki nopeasti kuivuvia, hyvin levittyviä ja peittäviä.

After all of those red Christmas manis I felt a need to have something a little more neutral on my nails. Color Club Worth The Risque is a perfect choice for that plus there's something festive about it so it's great for preparing for New Years Eve ;)

Worth The Risque is silver-y grey holographic polish. It's quite thin and applies very well. Two coats is enough for an opaque result and it dries quickly. The holographic effect is not too strong but it's still clearly visible. I love the quality of Color Club holographic polishes. They are all very easy to apply, well pigmented and they dry real fast.

In this mani I used: OPI NNS x2, Worth The Risque x2 and Seche Vite on top.

FOTD - Dior Seascape with MUS glitter liner

Ajattelin välillä kuvailla päivän meikkilookkia ilman sen suurempia selityksiä. Kuvat siis silmämeikistä ja siihen käytetyistä tuotteista. Kuvassa myös muut meikkiin käytetyt tuotteet vaikka tällä kertaa näkyy ainoastaan silmämeikki. Näette kuitenkin mitä muuta oli tuohon meikkiin yhdistettynä :)

Silmämeikissä siis käytetty Diorin Seascape viisikkoa, pohjustajana koko luomella UDPP ja luomen sisänurkassa MAC Paint Pot Rollickin'. Alaluomen rajaus on tehty Make Up Storen glitter linerilla, sävy Purple Rain (ja kamera söi taas värit meikistä .. grrr).

I decided to take photos of my face of the day without big explanations about the makeup and how it was done. The photos are of my eye makeup for today. I also included a photo of the products I used for this look. You can't see my whole face but at least you can see what products I used to go with the eye makeup :)

For the eye makeup I used Dior 5 Couleurs Seascape with Make Up Store glitter eyeliner shade Purple Rain on the bottom lid. I used UDPP as a base on the whole upper lid and MAC Paint Pot Rollickin' on the inner corner (and the camera washed out all the colors of my makeup again ... grrrr).

Konad Niju Glitter Lip Gloss - Peach

Sain yllätyksenä Konadin valmistaman Niju huulikiillon ja sitä pitikin sitten joulun vapaapäivinä testailla. Huulikiiltoni on sävy/tuoksu Peach. Yhteensä näitä kiiltoja on 12 kappaletta ja suomesta näitä voi ostaa Cesarsshop-verkkokaupasta hintaan 3,75€/kpl.

Peach tuoksuu miedosti persikalta ja tuoksu on oikeastaan todella miellyttävä. Ei liian voimakas tai makea. Tämä ei myöskään maistu miltään tai ole liian tahmea. Sävyä tästä ei tosin tule juuri nimeksikään ja omasta puolestani näen positiivisena asiana sen, että huulikiillon sisältämä glitter ei myöskään näy häiritsevästi. Ihan kiva ja edullinen peruskiilto arkimeikkiin :)

Ihan postauksen lopussa on tuotteen INCI sitä kaipaaville. Itse en ole asiaan niin perehtynyt, että osaisin sitä sen enempää analysoida, mutta tiedän osan lukijoista kaipaavan tätäkin tietoa.

Natural lips

Niju Glitter Lip Gloss - Peach

I got this Konad Niju glitter lip gloss as a little pre-xmas surprise and I just had to test it out during the Holidays. My lip gloss is the Peach one and there are 12 of these alltogether, all different shades/flavors.

Peach has a really pleasant peach-y scent to it and it's not too strong or sweet at all. This also doesn't taste like anything and isn't too sticky on your lips. There's hardly any shade though and the glitter in this isn't too visible either. This is a fine basic lip gloss for every day makeup :)

I'll add the list of ingredients in the end here. I haven't really studied this stuff enough to say anything about it but I know some of you find that info very useful.

Christmas makeup

Tässä olisi pari kuvaa jouluaaton meikistä. Pahoittelen kuvien huonoa laatua. Kamera söi värit ja valaistus oli huono :/ Tykkäsin kuitenkin meikistä niin paljon, että teen sen varmaan uudelleen jossain vaiheessa ja otan sitten parempia kuvia.

Yhdistin tässä Dior 5 Couleurs 569 Golds palettia yhdistettynä YSL Colour Harmony For Eyes palettia nro 6. Golds paletista käytin kahta ylänurkan sävyä + keskimmäistä sävyä häivytyksiin. YSL paletista käytin sävyjä 5 ja 3. Meikissä oli siis sisänurkka kultainen, luomen keskiosassa YSL sävy 3 ja ulkonurkka tumman vihreä. Vihreä vaihtui ulkonurkassa banskun punaruskeaan. Värit eivät vaan tule kuvassa oikein esille. Rajaus on tehty kultaisella H&M Glitter Eyelinerilla ja ripsarina Maybellinen Colossal Volum' Express.

Laitan mukaan vielä kuvat paleteista ja swatch kuvan Diorin viisikosta. Golds on todella hyvä pigmenttinen ja upea kullansävyinen paletti.


Here's a couple of photos of my Christmas makeup look. I apologize for the crappy quality of the photos. Light was lousy and camera washed out all the colors :/ I liked this look so much though I'll probably do it again and take better pics next time.

I used Dior 5 Couleurs 569 Golds with YSL Colour Harmony For Eyes palette number 6. From Golds I used the two upper corner shades + the middle shade for blending. From YSL palette I used the shades 5 and 3. In this look I had light gold in the inner corner of my eye, YSL shade 3 in the middle and outer corner was dark green. The green changes into red'ish brown on the crease. The colors just don't show too well in the photos. Liner is golden H&M Glitter Eyeliner and the mascara is Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express.

I added pics of the eyeshadows and a swatch photo of Dior Golds too. Golds is highly pigmented and gorgeous golden palette.

Ruby Pumps for Christmas!

Tässä sitten varsinainen joululakkaus eli ainoastaan China Glazen iki-ihana Ruby Pumps. Tämä on ehdottomasti jouluisin lakka jonka omistan. Piti vielä konadilla tehdä päälle vähän jouluista kuvaa, mutta aika loppui kesken. No mitäs siitä, Ruby Pumps on täydellinen ihan itsessään.

This is my actual Christmas manicure, China Glaze's stunning Ruby Pumps. This is the most christmas-y polish I own. I meant to do a little Konading too but i ran out of time. Oh well, Ruby Pumps is just perfect on it own :)

Reddy Or Not gone crazy!

Hehehe! Vuorossa päivän naurut ja järkyttävä tarra-joulu-glitter manikyyri hässäkkä :D

Eilisen postauksen Color Club Reddy Or Not lakkauksen päälle ensin kärkiin sienellä töpsötelty China Glazen Tinsel lakkaa (viisampi olisi jättänyt homman tähän vaiheeseen) ja päälle kasa Sina kynsitarroja. Aluksi oli tarkoitus laittaa tarroja ainoastaan nimettömiin, mutta "hieman" lähti homma lapasesta ja lopputulos on aika hurja :P Tämän kanssa ei voi elää päivää kauempaa ;)

Buahahaaa! Here's something to laugh at, my decal-xmas-glitter manicure disaster :)

Base on this was yesterday's Color Club Reddy Or Not mani. First I applied China Glaze's Tinsel on the nail tips with a sponge (and if I was smart I would've left it at that) and then I stuck a bunch of Sina decals on my nails. At first I meant to use the decals on my ring fingers only but things got slightly out of hand and the result is pretty horrid :P I don't think I can live with this for more than a day ;)

Color Club - Reddy Or Not

Näin joulunaikaan punaiset kynnet kuuluvat asiaan. Niinpä päätinkin tällä kertaa lakata kynteni Color Clubin Reddy Or Not sävyllä. Tämä on yksi täydellisimmistä omistamistani punaisista creme lakoista. Kirkas paloautonpunainen, oranssipohjainen sävy on todella näyttävä. Jos haluat omistaa ainoastaan yhden punaisen creme lakan tämä olisi erittäin hyvä valinta.

Reddy Or Not on myös laadultaan täydellinen. Koostumus on todella hyvin levittyvä, hyvä pigmenttinen ja kuivuu nopeasti. Kaksi kerrosta riitti peittämään pidemmissäkin kynsissä.

Christmas time is here and what would be a more perfect color for a mani than bright red? So here we go, Color Club's Reddy Or Not. This is one of the most perfect red cremes I own. Bright, orange based, firetruck red shade. If you only want one red creme this is a great choice.

Reddy Or Not is also perfect quality. It applies like butter, is very well pigmented and dries fast. Two coats was enough for my nails.

The neverending nail growing project

Kynsien kasvatus on vihdoin edennyt siihen vaiheeseen, että pituus alkaa miellyttää omaa silmää. Toki olen näitä välillä jo viilaillut lyhyemmiksikin liuskottumisen ym. takia. Minulla on sen verran ohut ja helposti katkeava kynsilaatu, ettei paljon tästä pidemmäksi voi enää mennä tai alkaa katkeilu. Nälkä kuitenkin kasvaa syödessä ja nytkin tekee koko ajan mieli kasvattaa ihan vaan milli lisää pituutta ;)

Etusormen kynnessä näkyy jo vessapaperi-pikaliima paikkailun tuhruja, kun kynsi meinasi lähteä reunastaan repeämään. Sama homma keskisormessa ja oikean käden etusormessa. Paikkojen kanssa olen nyt saanut jo kolme viikkoa kasvatusta edistymään ja jossain vaiheessa onkin lyhennettävä repeytyneet kynnet ja toivottava, että muut pysyvät ehjinä.

Kynsien kasvatus alkoi akryylikynsien poistamisella toukokuussa ja kynteni olivat silloin todella ohuet ja huonokuntoiset. Tämän linkin takaa löytyvät kaikki kynsien kasvatus jutut ja käyttämäni tuotteet.

My nail nail growing project has finally reached a point where I'm starting to be really happy with the lenght of my nails. Of course I've had to file them shorter every now and then cos of peeling and things but now I have pretty healthy and good looking nails. My nails just happen to be so thin and they break really easy so this is sort of the max lenght I can grow them in to without breaking. I still want to try and grow them a tiny bit longer just to see if I can ;)

On the side of my index finger nail you can see a toiletpaper-superglue fixing attempt cos the nail already started to tear. I also had to fix the middle finger and the right hand index finger nails too. I've been able to grow them for 3 weeks with the fixing now and soon I have to file the broken parts off. I just hope my other nails will stay without breaking and tearing.

Garnier Caffeine Eye Roll-on

Minun täytyy myöntää, että olen ihonhoidon suhteen tavattoman laiska. Silmänympärysvoiteitakaan ei tule juuri käytettyä. Näin mainoksen tästä Garnierin silmänympärys roll-onista ja se alkoi kuitenkin kiinnostaa.

Roll-on itsessään vaikuttaa kivalta idealta ja voin kuvitella jääkaappiviileän voiteen ja hieronnan yhdistelmän rauhoittavan ihoa ja laskevan silmäpusseja. Mainos lupaa tämän myös häivyttävän tummia silmänalusia, geelimäisen koostumuksen olevan nopeasti imeytyvä ja sopiva jopa meikin päälle käytettäväksi. Hinta on 13 euron paikkeilla, joten ihan konkurssiinkaan tämän hankinnasta ei pääse menemään.

Onkos teillä kokemuksia tästä tuotteesta? Kannattaako käydä ostamassa kokeiluun?

I have to admit that I'm pretty lazy when it comes to taking care of my skin. I hardly ever use creams meant for the eye area either. I just saw an ad for Garnier Caffeine Eye Roll-on and that got me interested. Roll-on itself seems like a good idea and I can imagine how the cold-ish product (if you store it in your fridge) and the massaging can reduce swelling around your eyes. Ads also say it'll reduce dark circles under your eyes and it can be used on top of your makeup too. Price isn't too high either so getting this wouldn't bankrupt me.

You guys have any experience of this product? Is it worth buying and testing for?

More green nails - Color Club Under The Mistletoe with Sally Hansen Glow

Sitten taas kerran vihreä manikyyri :D Halusin kokeilla Color Clubin Wonderland kokoelman vihreää glitterlakkaa, Under The Mistletoe. Glitterlakkojen poisto on kuitenkin edelleen mielestäni aika karmivaa puuhaa, joten laitoin ensin alle Sally Hansenin Glow sävyä (lisää tästä lakasta voit lukea täältä) ja päälle vain kerroksen glitterlakkaa.

Under The Mistletoe on siis glitterlakka jossa läpikuultavan vihreässä lakassa on runsaasti hopeista glitteriä. Koska tämä lakka itsessään näytti pullossa melko heikosti peittävältä päätin laittaa alle kaksi kerrosta tavallista värilakkaa. Tämä helpottaa myös glitterin poistamista. Sally Hansenin Glow lakassa oleva kultainen shimmer muutti myös tämän lakan glitterin sävyä hopeisesta hieman kultaisempaan. Efekti ei täysin tule kuvissa esille, mutta lopputulos oli todella kaunis :)

Green manicure once again :D This time I wanted to try my new Under The Mistletoe shade, the green glitter polish from Color Club's Wonderland collection. Since removing glitter polish is still big pain in the butt (IMO) I decided to put regular polish underneath it and I chose to use Sally Hansen's shade Glow (you can read more about Glow here).

Under The Mistletoe is a sheer green polish with a lot of silver glitter in it. It looked so sheer in the bottle I thought it would be a good idea to apply a couple of coats of Glow first and only one coat of glitter polish. This helps the removing process too. The gold shimmer on Sally Hansen's Glow transformed the silver glitter in Under The Mistletoe into a more gold-ish shade. The effect doesn't fully show in these pics but the result was really beautiful :)

Elokuiselta Amerikan lomalta mukaan tarttui myös toinen Sinful Colors halpis-sarjan lakka sävyssä San Francisco. Nythän näitä Sinfulin lakkoja saa myös täältä koti Suomesta, ihan Seppälästä.

Lakka on kirkkaan, omaan silmääni myrkyn vihreä ja sisältää micro-glitteriä. Sävy on todella upea ja tätä ei vihreän lakan ystävä voinutkaan jättää ostamatta ;)

San Francisco on yllättävän läpikuultavaa ja vaatiikin kolme kerrosta peittääkseen pidemmät kynnet. Myös kuivumisaika on pitkähkö, mutta upea sävy ja $1.99 hinta tasoittavat kuitenkin huonoja puolia huomattavasti. Pysyvyys tässä oli ihan hyvä ja poistaminenkaan ei ollut suurta tuskaa. Ensi kerralla tosin laitan tämän alle kaksi kerrosta aluslakkaa koska kynnet värjäytyivät ikävän vihertäviksi.

I got this Sinful Colors shade San Francisco from my trip to USA in August. Took me this long to try it out.

This is a really bright kinda poison green looking to me and it has a lot of micro-glitter in it. Shade is gorgeous and as a big green lover I just had to have it ;)

San Francisco is surprisingly sheer and it takes three coats for longer nails to be opaque. It also took quite a long time to dry but the cheap price and the stunning green shade makes the negative things much easier to handle. This lasted without chipping for several days and the removing wasn't too bad either. Next time I'll use two coats of base coat though cos this dyed my nails nasty green.

In this mani I used: OPI NNS x1, San Francisco x3 and Poshe on top.

Revlon Runway Collection - Sequins

Tässä vihdoin ja viimein kokemuksia Revlonin tekokynsistä. Liimailin nämä pikkusiskon kynsiin marraskuun alussa. Malli on Sequins ja pituus Medium.

Kynsistä oli helppo löytää sopivan kokoiset joka sormeen ja kynsiä jäi vielä varallekin. Paketissahan siis on kaikki mitä tarvitset ja lisää tietoa paketista löytyy edellisestä Revlon kynsipostauksesta jonka löydät täältä. Paketin takakannesta löytyy myös selkeät käyttöohjeet.

Ennen liimausta karhensin kevyesti kynnen pintaa mukana olevalla viilalla ja pyyhin pölyt pois. Itse kynnen liimaus vaatii hieman lisää harjoittelua. Onnistuin suttaamaan liimaa joka puolelle ja melkein liimasin omat sormeni kiinni siskon sormiin. Väliin jäi myös reilusti ilmakuplia ja en ollutkaan kovin tyytyväinen tähän ensimmäiseen kokeiluun omalta osaltani.

Kynnet itsessään istuivat hyvin luonnollisen kynnen päälle ja näyttivät siisteiltä (ilmakuplia lukuunottamatta). Sisko oli erittäin ihastunut lopputulokseen ja sanoi kynsien myös tuntuvan mukavilta. Pysyvyys oli liimausvaiheen toheloinnista huolimatta huippuluokkaa ja kynnet pysyivät paikoillaan 10 päivää. Noin viikon jälkeen sisko viilasi kynnet lyhyemmiksi ja lakkasi ne. Kynnet eivät tuon 10 päivän jälkeenkään pudonneet itsellään vaan sisko sulatti ne pois asetonilla.

Mainitaan nyt vielä, että siskoni kynsissä ei esim. rakennekynnet (ei geeli, eikä akryyli) pysy paria päivää kauempaa. Niinpä hän olikin oikein onnellinen huomatessaan näiden kynsien pysyvän noin hyvin.

Omasta puolestani täytyy myös näitä kynsiä kehua ja kuvassa näkyvät ilmakuplat eivät suinkaan johdu kynsien laadusta vaan omasta sähläyksestäni. Sisko on pyytänyt kynsiä myös jouluksi, joten ehkäpä seuraavalla kerralla liimauskin onnistuu jo paremmin :)


Finally I have time to write my review about Revlon Runway Collection nails. I glued these to my sisters nails early November. The model is Sequins and the length is medium.

It was easy to find a right size for each nail and there was enough of these nails to have some spare ones too. The package includes everything you need and you can find more information about that from my earlier post. The package also has simple and easy to follow instructions printed on it.

Before applying the nails I buffed her natural nails lightly and wiped the dust off. Gluing the nails on was a mess at the first try and I definately need to practise that some more. I got glue everywhere and almost got my fingers stuck to my sisters hands. There was also quite a bit of air bubbles between the nails. So it didn't go too well from my part.

My sister on the other hand was very pleased with the results. She said the nails look and feel very natural. Regardless of me messing up the gluing process the nails stayed on perfect for 10 days. After a week she filed them shorter and applied a coat of nail polish. The nails also didn't fall off by themselves and she used acetone to soak them off.

I'd also like to mention that my sister has tried both acrylic and gel nails before and they both started falling off after a few days. So she was more than happy to see how well these worked for her.

I also only have a positive opinion about these nails and the air bubbles you can see in the photo have nothing to do with the quality of the nails and everything to do with me being a dumbass gluing them on ;) My sister has asked me to glue new nails on for her for Christmas and I hope I can do a little better that time :)

Long time no see!

Tässä onkin hurahtanut reilu kuukausi ilman postauksia. Työkiireet ja raskauden aiheuttama väsymys ovat vieneet mehut niin täydellisesti, ettei blogikirjoitteluun ole jäänyt enää aikaa eikä energiaa. Nyt taas näyttäisi tilanne helpottavan ja toivottavasti tulevaisuudessa aikaa olisi blogillekin. Kirjoittamisen aiheitakin on jo jonossa pitkät pätkät ;)

Tällä kertaa vaan pari tuotekuvaa. Joulupukki yllätti jo parilla ennakkolahjalla ja nämä pääsevätkin esittelyyn lähipäivinä.

It's been over a month since my last blog post. I've been really busy with work and really tired cos of the pregnancy so I've had absolutely no energy or time for the blog. The situation seems to be getting better now though and I hope to have more time for blogging in the future. I have plenty of things to write about too ;)

This post will only have a couple of pics of new products I just got. Santa was kind enough to surprise me with some early Christmas gifts!
